Our Team

Mark Gregory, Managing Director.
Mark is a twelve-time Gold medal winner at Chelsea Flower Show and has won numerous industry awards for builds in London and the South East. His dynamic approach and energy have built his reputation in the landscaping community for innovation and technical expertise.

Mark takes a hands-on approach to managing his staff and consulting with his clients. He is regularly on site working closely with the landscaping team to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Mark has recently become co-director of a new collaboration with Andrew Wilson and Andrew Fisher-Tomlin to launch The London College of Garden Design.

Matt Moore - Contracts Director
Matt has worked with Mark Gregory for 17 years and shares his business ethics and hands-on approach to delivering landscaping projects in the UK. As one of the directors of the company, Matt is dedicated to his work and brings a wealth of experience to his role. Matt's expertise lies in pricing and tendering contracts as well as creating vital negotiations. With his project management skills and time management skills, Matt ensures the smooth running of every project also taking on the responsibility for all on-site operations.

Alex Marsh - Maintenance Contracts Manager
Alex is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of our maintenance business.  His hands-on approach and personable manner ensure the smooth running of our mobile maintenance crews across West London and the Home Counties.

Susie Black - Business Development Manager
Susie works closely with Mark and Matt developing systems within the Company including marketing, staff development and contract management. Susie manages any design enquiries and supports the team with project administration.

Lynne Nicholls - Office Manager
